Product Overview

  • Reliable Connections for your dApps
Running your own Casper node gives you access to a JSON RPC endpoint (node_ip:7777/rpc) and a Server-Sent Event (SSE) Stream endpoint (node_ip:9999/events) that you control.

  • Robust Cloud Infrastructure by AWS
The AWS Casper Node runs over Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) providing robust high availability offered by the AWS cloud computing platform.

  • Easily Configure for Growth
The AWS Casper Node AMI provisions Amazon Elastic Block Store (EBS) for storage with a default allocation of 500GB. This can be simply expanded later if required.

  • Automatically joins Mainnet
After the node starts it will begin a block sync progress. The status of the node including sync state and connectivity to the network can be monitored at the Status endpoint (node_ip:8888/status)

  • Build your Own Network
A guide to building Private Networks is avaliable here https://docs.casper.network/operators/setup-network/create-private/

  • Monitoring and Performance Insights
Casper Node supports monitoring with Prometheus (node_ip:8888/metrics). Grafana is recommended to visualise the collected data.
