A functional virtualized Intel based Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Desktop. Desktop accessed via any RDP client. Administrator password default is the instance id. Features only available in the Pro edition include ability to join your computer to an Active Directory Domain or log in from any remote device using Remote Desktop (RDP) client making this an ideal OS for both business and home use. The only noticeable feature missing without activation is inability to personalize Windows 10 Pro. Activation requires using your own separately purchased Product Key from Microsoft or an authorized reseller. Product Key(s) is/are not included with purchase of this AMI. NOTE: Do not terminate the original instance where you entered a Product Key without first validating you can reuse (Activate) the license on a new instance. This is a repackaged software product wherein AWS charges are applied for ENA driver integration; latest OS security and feature patching; and advanced systems integration, configuration and support. Additional charges from Microsoft or 3rd party vendors may apply for Product Keys and installable software not included in this AMI. This AMI uses IMDSV2 'optional' only. Setting IMDSV2 'required' will cause password and SSH key setup to fail, preventing access.
