Multi-Port Forward Server

By: Fatal Security Latest Version: Multi-Port Forward Server R300

Product Overview

The Multi-Port Forward Server, or port address translation server, is a public facing virtual appliance which accepts incoming traffic on a user-defined ports. The traffic is then forwarded in real-time to either an internal private IP address or an external IP address, specifically to a user-defined destination port. Users have the ability to specify multiple listening ports and forward those connections to multiple destinations.

A typical enterprise deployment of a Multi-Port Forward Server would be configured to listen on multiple ports and redirect incoming traffic to internal or external servers. In such a deployment, the Multi-Port Forward Server acts as a gateway which can be whitelisted by client firewalls.
