Product Overview

The Expressroom IPDS BYOL AMI is for use by customers who have already purchased a license for Expressroom IPDS. To obtain that license, follow one of two paths:

  • For federal government agencies, please utilize the GSA schedule to purchase an Expressroom IPDS license. Industrial Medium has multiple Expressroom license, maintenance, and services entries to choose from.
  • For commercial customers, please contact Industrial Medium sales at 703-286-0818 or sales@industrialmedium.com

Once the license is procured, the Industrial Medium support team will be standing by to assist in bringing the Expressroom IPDS AMI online for use. There will be a few items that need to be configured by the user after launching the AMI:
-You will need the internal (private IP) address and an external (public DNS) address for your instance
-Edit /etc/hosts, add a new line in the format " "
-Replace all instances of "172.31.39.10" with the internal address, and all instances of "xp-ami.industrialmedium.com" with the external address in the following files
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf/httpd
/etc/tomcat/server.xml
/usr/local/Expressroom/Server/services/AssetServer.lax
