What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive UI; clear and concise instructions on what needs to be uploaded; templates and examples.
What do you dislike about the product?
absolutely nothing. I couldn't have gotten SOC-2 certification without it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've started down the road of SOC-2 certification at a few startups before finding Thoropass, and we never got close to finishing. The process is too overwhelming, especially for a small company with limited resources. Thoropass integrated with many of our systems, like our cloud provider, and generated most of the documentation and evidence for us. For the remaining items, Thoropass gave us clear instructions on what was needed. Thoropass made a process that previously felt impossible downright easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass simplifies and streamlines our compliance and security processes, making it easier to manage vendor risk and stay on top of regulatory requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside of Thoropass is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming for new users due to the number of features and the learning curve associated with navigating the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass solves the problem of managing and tracking compliance and security risks across vendors and internal systems. It benefits me by automating workflows, making it easier to stay organized, reduce manual effort, and ensure we meet regulatory requirements on time. This helps improve efficiency and minimizes the risk of non-compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is built out as a great SaaS management framework and the Thoropass team is there every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so thorough that sometimes if feels like too much, but that's still a good thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass helped us make the leap from SOC2 Type 1 to Type 2. Also Thropass does integrated Pen tests. We never would have been able to complete these procedures and certifications without Thoropass.

What do you like best about the product?
Thoropass makes compliance easy. It keeps everything organized, so I don’t have to stress about missing anything. The reminders and automation save me time and the support team is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a bit to get used to the system. Some features could be a little more user-friendly and the setup process felt a bit long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are going through SOC2 Certification and Thoropass is really super helpful and does a lot of hand-holding for our team
