Overview
JADBio is a state-of-the-art, automated Machine Learning Platform, designed for Life Scientists. It enables you to effortlessly make new discoveries and extract knowledge from publicly available or own-study data, without the need for coding or ML expertise. Augment your team's capacity and productivity, by reducing multifold the time and cost of research data analysis.
Our container-deployed product plans are designed to address the needs of entire insitutions geared toward Life Science research or larger (or multiple) teams of researchers (100+), working on several research projects concurrently, with a need for multiple analyses and fine tuning of results. The following advanced features are included:
- Multiple Feature Selection - (Signatures)
- Extensive Tuning of ML Pipelines and Algorithm Hyperparameters
- Basic Data Pre-processing (Standardization, Constant Removal, Imputation)
- Unlimited Model Export
- Big Volume Data
- Small sample / Unbalanced Data
- API Access, enabling:
- Image Analysis
- Batch Analysis
- SciKit Learn algorithm incorporation
- Premium Support SLA
- Machine Learning Consulting Hours
Highlights
- KNOWLEDGE DISCOVERY: Identifying the features and biomarkers that are predictive and important, what their role is, and assembling intuition on the molecular mechanisms involved, may often be more important than the predictive model itself for Life Scientists.
- BIOTECH DATA SPECIFIC: JADBio is the only AutoML platform specifically designed for life science data and particularly molecular data. This means that it can deal with the idiosyncrasies of such data, like very low sample size and very high number of measured quantities that could reach to millions.
- EASE & VALUE @ SCALE: JADBio empowers you to build bias-free, quality predictive models through automation. Augment your team's capacity and productivity, by running multiple analyses in a fraction of the time and cost, reducing the time and effort for biomarker discovery by up to 4,000x.
