This service is designed to support organisations in starting their FinOps journey by conducting a detailed assessment of their AWS capabilities and defining a list of proposed actions to implement an immediate cloud cost reduction and enhance financial accountability and transparency. The service involves deploying a small team of highly skilled, experienced AWS consultants and FinOps practitioners to conduct the assessment.
