In this free 1/2-day lab, we will either assess an existing mobile app and provide recommendations for enhancements to include the level of effort, cost, timeline and recommended architecture or provide you with the level of effort, cost, timeline, and recommended architecture for building a new mobile app. Via a virtual meeting, our experts will spend a half-day with your team to assess your current infrastructure and to understand your business goals. After the discovery session, our team will summarize our findings in an actionable plan to implement and launch your new or improved mobile app.

If you have an existing mobile app and are looking to add new features, our retail experts will provide recommendations on optimization strategies to increase AOV, engagement, speed, and the overall user experience.
