Overview
Approach:
Through a set of exploratory workshops with all stakeholders, Adastra first works to establish details on your organization's current sales process, information provided to sales representatives and available product and customer data. This includes historic product sales, regional information (e.g., for target retail stores), competitor data, and any other relevant data assets.
Based on the current process and available data, Adastra will work collaboratively with your organization to recommend a targeted sales transcript format with key points to enhance sales representative's ability to approach customers in a more meaningful way.
Activities:
- Development of sales forecasts on a product level leveraging either Amazon Forecast or custom models built on Amazon SageMaker
- Curation of data insights and features to feed to the LLM
- Customization of Adastra's Sales Recommender module with curated data and forecasting outcomes, leveraging SageMaker Jumpstart or Amazon Bedrock
- Integration of sales transcript outcomes to Salesforce or another customer-selected tool

- Deployed/scheduled sales forecasting model
