Each tabletop exercise follows a multi-stage process to tailor the simulation to your organization's needs:

1. Planning: Horangi gathers information about the organization's stakeholders, processes and assets
2. Scenario Design: Bespoke and realistic scenarios will be designed for the organization, based on real-world attacker's Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs)
3. Execution: Horangi facilitates the tabletop exercise, guiding and pacing participants through the scenarios
4. Reporting: Detailed management report will be generated, presenting strengths and areas for improvement
