    Overview

    Eplexity will discover and assess customers’ readiness to migrate applications to AWS and generate a reliable roadmap of actions to build momentum and capability. This assessment precedes and shapes the potential subsequent phases for successful mobilization and migration.

    Delivery Approach

    1. Eplexity pre-workshop questionnaire and analyze customer responses (1 Week)

    2. Eplexity will lead workshops with all desired attendees either in a room or virtually (1 day)

    • Maturity assessment across all CAF perspectives
    • Experienced-Based Acceleration (EBA) activities for decisions on critical path items where needed.
    • Work back from leadership objectives
    • Identify transformation friction points and discuss tenants for success
    • Identify the preferred operating model
    • Identify COE design and readiness

    1. Eplexity will document baseline, post-MRA activities, and Mobilize definition (1-2 days)

    2. Eplexity will present MRA readout to the customer with recommendations on post-MRA Accelerators and Mobilize phase to build capability and deliver critical path items for accelerating cloud operational readiness and cloud migrations (2 hours)

    • Understanding of customer’s business objectives, key priorities, and cloud adoption challenges
    • A documented baseline of customer’s cloud adoption journey to date using the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (AWS CAF)
