Cloud Readiness Assessment

ConvergeOne’s goal is to help your organization adopt the cloud in a way that fits your business model. This assessment helps facilitate conversations across key business segments to understand what impact cloud adoption will have. The AWS Cloud Adoption Framework has nine pillars across both the business and technical domains that allows ConvergeOne to work with your organization to create an actionable plan that considers your current and desired future state.

Scope:

ConvergeOne will prepare readiness assessment tools as required and gather in-depth performance analytics for virtual machines over a period of 30 days.

Assessment:

• The customer will assist in the deployment of the readiness assessment tool agents into their environment.
• The customer and ConvergeOne will verify that data collection is working and being collected appropriately.
• ConvergeOne will work with the customer to identify business and technical requirements.
• ConvergeOne will work with the customer to document all physical and virtual servers in the environment.
• ConvergeOne will work with the customer to identify application dependencies between servers in the environment and if they are any components external to the customer’s data centers.

Deliverables:

• ConvergeOne will create a consolidated report for TCO and ROI for the cloud adoption strategy.
• ConvergeOne will create a configuration mapping and rightsizing report for deployment in the AWS Cloud.
• ConvergeOne will provide security and governance recommendations for workloads and regulatory compliance frameworks as necessary.
• ConvergeOne will create a cloud adoption roadmap that satisfies the discovered business and technical requirements.
