We love the flexibility that provides, and customer service. The platform is easy to use and implement. We often use it to complement our connectivity services. It integrates very well with our plattform.

Improve connection management, more elements need to be integrated to easily classify and detect L2 connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolved the possibility of connecting directly in Mexico to the different Cloud regions. This increases the availability of direct connection services.

I didn’t like the price increase of IoD for the locations in Mexico, it’s now very expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main connectivity from Mexico to the world via Kio Querétaro, but you need to have more on ramps availability in Mexico Oracle cloud and Azure), because the other competitors (Equinix and Megaport), have completed all of them already in Querétaro and Monterrey

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard, and the easy way for pricing and ordering, besides the feasibility of adding cross connect for Ports
What do you dislike about the product?
What I think could improve is the quoting toot, it's very simple and it doesn't show all the information that I need when quoting in the console
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I normally order IP transit from several vendors, but I like the Internet on Demand option, and the amount of data centers that console connect has available

What do you like best about the product?
Easy-to-use, user-friendly ordering platform. Activating your L2 or L3 subscription is done in a few clicks, making your implementation lightning-fast! Their stable of experts is also ahead of its league, which gives users peace of mind when raising concerns with their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still waiting for the availability of the following services in the Philippines: Internet on demand, Internet of Things, edge connectivity.
