With the Artisan Edge Platform, Artisan will deliver the following services:
Hardware Procurement: Artisan provides support defining hardware specifications that meet your organization's requirements with 3 hardware devices (running Kubernetes) deployed to each location for high availability. Artisan Agent: Our proprietary agent installed on the Linux operating system allows admins to remotely execute commands for cluster troubleshooting (reboot, reimage, configure logs for troubleshooting, etc.). Artisan Admin Portal: Whether you have tens or tens of thousands of locations, our scalable backend allows for remote cluster provisioning, operational visibility, and troubleshooting. Fully Managed Onboarding & Operations: Artisan provides white glove onboarding support to implement the platform, as well as managed support -- from tier 1 phone support through advanced SRE support -- to quickly resolve any issues.

Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.
Support
Vendor support
Artisan provides tier 1/2 support of the platform for your locations, as well as advanced SRE support. Support spans across your hardware installations, management, procurement of new devices, platform troubleshooting, remote cluster management, and Artisan Admin Portal administration. Customers are responsible for owning application layer support.
The provided pricing model assumes a 3 year contract and a minimum of 20,000 locations / clusters. A minimum of 100 locations is required for a subscription. Please email Artisan for custom pricing.

AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
