Overview
xProtect provides a 24x7 Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on the customer business requirements for Recovery Point Objective (RPO) and Recovery Time Objective (RTO). Presidio leverages AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery Services (AWS DRS) to provide performant and cost-effective replication to AWS, ensures agents are replicating data successfully, handles failovers to AWS and failbacks to primary sites, and orchestrates the numerous moving pieces for a seamless experience. Service Levels are organized into three categories based on the severity of requirements: Basic, Professional, Enterprise, ranging from least to most expensive.
