Foundational GenAI Workshop

The Foundational GenAI Workshop by Centific is designed to help enterprises accelerate Generative AI (GenAI) implementations on the AWS platform, turning proof-of-concept into real-world applications. In this expert-led GenAI workshop, you ’ll assess your existing AWS-based data infrastructure, identify scaling opportunities, and develop a customized GenAI framework optimized for AWS services. This GenAI workshop covers the key components of a frontier AI data foundry platform, including data pipelines (data preparation, preprocessing, and extraction), multimodal prompts, hallucination controls, safe AI pipelines, and AI agents integrated with AWS to help ensure fast, reliable, and secure AI applications. The GenAI workshop includes collaborative sessions on data modernization, model fine-tuning, and infrastructure deployment using AWS, and concludes with deliverables such as a future-state architecture diagram and implementation proposals.

The GenAI workshop consists of a series of joint architecture design meetings, ranging from 1 to 2 hours per session (up to 8 hours total), focused on the following domains

• Data Modernization: Prepare your data platforms for AI scalability.

• Data Supply: Build effective data pipelines for GenAI.

• Model Fine-Tuning: Tailor AI models to your specific business needs.

• Infrastructure & Deployment: Explore best practices for deploying GenAI on cloud, edge, or on-premises environments.

• GenAI Agents & Chatbots: Learn more about AI-powered agents and their role in enhancing customer experiences.

Each session emphasizes discovery, design, and education, exploring how a frontier AI data foundry platform can streamline AI workflow orchestration while improving the flexibility and security of your GenAI solutions.

• Technical Deep-Dive Discovery Sessions: Participate in collaborative workshops with Centific’s AI experts to align your GenAI strategy with your business objectives.

• Future-State Architecture Diagram: Obtain a detailed diagram of a GenAI framework tailored to your specific use case.

• Recommendations Report: Receive a summary of key insights, architectural choices, and next steps for scaling your GenAI initiatives.

• Cost Estimation: Apply Centific’s AI cost estimation tools to forecast the total cost of ownership (TCO) for your ideal GenAI deployment.

• Implementation Proposal: Build a detailed implementation plan outlining the scope and costs of Centific’s GenAI solutions to scale your GenAI deployment.

This workshop takes place over two weeks (but can be completed in more or less time depending on the availability of your project sponsor and technical teams). Centific also offers the option to conductthe workshop in eight hours onsite and in-person.

Typical next steps include pursuing proof-of-concept deployments to demonstrate the core concepts of your future-state AI design, followed by full production implementation and exploration of AI and ML capabilities tailored to your organization’s needs.
