Overview
Kablamo was founded six years ago. Our culminating business success is driven by expedient digital customer outcomes and positive customer engagement. Within this period, the Kablamo team (Kablamites) has grown to more than 60 employees throughout the eastern states of Australia, with offices located in Sydney and Melbourne.
Kablamo utilises Agile project methodology. In addition, we have a dedicated team, working closely with each other and are regularly on-site engaging with our customers. This affords us well considered 'milestone' planning opportunities, strengthens our relationships and enhances build capability. We recognise that successful product delivery is advanced through knowledge transfer. Our knowledge transfer model is referred to as 'We Make'. This model is used to provide customers with the capability and knowledge required to achieve the most and thrive using their new product. Occurring through a planned supported transition, product training and service delivery, our customer knowledge transfer is significantly improved.
Customer feedback signifies our track record of success. We are exceptionally proud of Kablamo's long standing Net Promoter Score (NPS) which is greater than 75!
