Currently, we have over 250 experienced data analysts on staff and we have the facilities and resources to quickly scale our workforce to accommodate new customers with projects at scale. Our data services include data extraction, enrichment and moderation, content categorization and transcription across text, images, and video for a variety of industries including Finance, Medicine, Fashion, etc.
Our prominent enterprise customers include Trendkite, Lexis Nexis, Shell, Kensho, AAA, and Intuit. No matter if it is for first time or you are a longstanding customer, we have always strived to exceed our customers quality benchmarks. We follow the industrys best practices on data security and allow you to process confidential data sets with confidence. We are a SOC2 Type 1 certified company. All employees only work in our secure physical cleanroom facilities on CapeStart controlled computers that are maintained with the latest operating system version and security updates. Employees are not permitted to enter or leave the cleanroom with their own devices, such as smartphones, cameras, and USB drives.
Our operations team is located in Nagercoil, India, and works between 10 AM to 7 PM IST while observing Indian national holidays. Our Business contacts are based in Boston, MA., USA.
