This version has been removed and is no longer available to new customers.

Product Overview

zTeros light is an easy to use data encryption service API with only 4 restful commands.
zTeros Light adds user access flexibility and privacy whilst simplifying the security configurations of S3 bucket-based databases, archiving, data storage and migration solutions.
To use you create a data object record and a Unique ID (UID) is returned.
You then present the data to zTeros using the UID, and the data is encrypted and automatically stored. Every data object is encrypted using a Key Variable for each data object, 1,000,000 data objects mean 1,000,000 keys are created and with zTeros Light Key management is completely transparent.
After encryption zTeros Light presents the encrypted object with an anonymised index to a MongoDB instance which then in turn stores the encrypted data object.
To read the object you request it from zTeros Light using the UID and likewise to delete an object you present the UID.

A DynamoDB and S3 interface will be available shortly.
