What do you like best about the product?

Wiz is a fully integrated system, and whenever there are areas where it isn’t, the team at Wiz closes the gap quickly. They use customer feedback to develop the service at a fast pace, staying aligned with what the market wants and needs.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think Wiz should do more to improve its built-in agents, because the integrated knowledge the service collects, along with the TI information streamed through the product, could be used by an agentic system to deliver much faster responses across any framework.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wiz is solving cloud security posture management, as well as CDR and holistic view on identities across our cloud

What do you like best about the product?

What I appreciate most about Wiz is its comprehensive and unified visibility across the entire cloud environment. The platform provides deep, real‑time insights into risks, configurations, identities, and workloads without relying on agents, which makes onboarding extremely fast and efficient. I particularly value how intuitive the interface is: the risk graph makes complex security relationships immediately understandable, and the prioritization engine helps focus on what truly matters. Wiz also integrates seamlessly into existing workflows, enabling security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to collaborate with clarity and shared context.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Wiz is an outstanding platform, some areas could benefit from further refinement. For example, the level of detail in findings can sometimes feel overwhelming for new users, requiring an initial learning curve to fully understand and operationalize all the capabilities

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wiz helps address several key cloud security challenges

Fragmented visibility across multi‑cloud environments. Wiz centralizes everything, allowing us to identify misconfigurations, exposed assets, and toxic access combinations within minutes.
Prioritization of real risks, not just alerts. The contextual correlation enables us to focus efforts on what is exploitable and impactful, significantly improving our remediation velocity.
Security embedded into development lifecycle. By integrating with pipelines and existing tooling, Wiz helps shift security left, preventing issues before they reach production.
Compliance and governance. The platform simplifies adherence to frameworks by providing clear, actionable reports and continuous monitoring.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish they had a new feature every day and not every week :)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

CSPM, Infrastructure security, cloud visiblity

What do you like best about the product?

I love that we can bring in connectors for all our repos and also tie it into our SIEM. The onboarding is very helpful with managing tasks that need to be done and the platform is very user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.....

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is providing us oversight into our attack surface across our 3rd party applications and in house as well. The dashboards are very informational and provides a lot of good information for tracking and resolving issues.

What do you like best about the product?

Wiz is CSP-agnostic and brings all risk issues into a single pane. It also has interesting features like runtime monitoring, threat detection, and SBOM. I especially like that it has a very user-friendly interface anyone can learn it quickly and use it with ease.

What do you dislike about the product?

There’s no clear definition of ETA for certain features. Also, there’s no way to submit an enhancement or feature request through the Wiz platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cloud cost is a concern for us. We also rely on a third-party SIEM to ingest Kubernetes logs, which adds extra complexity. On top of that, using separate vulnerability management products isn’t as efficient or effective as Wiz. Overall, issues and vulnerabilities feel scattered rather than consolidated in one place.
