Overview
MLOne is a cloud-based platform that simplifies productionizing of ML-models. Designed in line with the Python first approach, MLOps enables users to run ML tasks in AWS directly from a Jupyter notebook using a simple API.
- Easily train your models in the cloud
- Effortlessly deploy from Jupiter without changing your model code
- Create your production cluster with just a few clicks
- Efficiently monitor your models in production
Please note that the product uses external dependencies to run EKS which are located in the public repositories public.ecr.aws/bitnami/, public.ecr.aws/mlone/. This product requires an internet connection to access external resources. You should consider deploying into new AWS accounts because the permissions allow MLOne application to create administrative roles, users, or groups.
Highlights
- Train and deploy on the AWS cluster without learning tons of documentation
- Native support for the private Large Language Models
- Deploy from Jupiter without changing your model code

MLOne project infrastructure
The CFT deploys the infrastructure for the MLOne project. It includes the static web site content stored in S3 bucket and distributed via Amazon CloudFront, Network infrastructure(VPC, subnets, security groups, etc), the number of AWS Lambda functions and API Gateways which are used as a backend for the project and Dynamo DB for storing project data.
CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."
