Product Overview

ScaleOut StateServer with the ScaleOut GeoServer option adds disaster recovery and global data integration to the ScaleOut StateServer in-memory data grid. ScaleOut StateServer is an in-memory data grid, sometimes called a distributed cache. For more details on ScaleOut StateServer, read the full description of ScaleOut StateServer listed on the AWS Marketplace.
ScaleOut GeoServer Option: GeoServer provides disaster recovery and global data integration for multiple remote data grids. Running as a disaster recovery product (push mode), data is replicated between in-memory data grids at multiple sites (cloud or on-premise) to protect against site-wide failures, while allowing "live-live" operation of the sites. GeoServer can also be used to enable the creation of a single virtual data grid that integrates in-memory data grids at multiple sites (pull mode). For example, multiple data centers can be integrated into a single virtual data grid to provide seamless access to data, regardless of where it is stored. Also, multiple grids can be interconnected to provide automatic data migration and elastic scaling when needed, for example, when bursting into the cloud to meet temporary demand spikes. Up to eight sites can be combined together using ScaleOut GeoServer. Instances include Standard Support for ScaleOut StateServer and GeoServer. Premium support packages are available directly from ScaleOut Software.
