What do you like best about the product?
Blocking inbound emails to users for whatever reason if it contains bad malware
What do you dislike about the product?
The rejected messages you can't see but see that they hit the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The permitted sender if users are in communications with a specific email domain/email address and they can permit the sender on their ends instead of getting IT involved!

The rejected emails do not make it to the server! I would like to review if possible sometimes blocks for nothing

What do you like best about the product?
This is truly set it and forget it! Support is always there to provide guidance for any issues. Working with the team is pleasant and always fruitful. I have zero complaints after over 8 years working with directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike. Documentation can be a little cumbersome, but support is always there to assist!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protects my user base from malicious emails and attacks!! Helps me sleep at night knowing we are covered!

Great UI and easy to navigate, quick learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup is a bit annoying as we switched over, it seemed spam mail got through alot in the beginng and some emails that should get through did not.

helping to protect our users from phishing and spam.
