Accenture AER is supported by Accenture's Managed Detection & Response (MDR) expert security team. Accenture MDR SOC Analysts proactively examine suspicious threat activity to identify emerging and unknown threats across on-premise and cloud endpoints, using forensics data coupled with machine learning analytics and correlated with the Accenture Global Threat Intelligence Network. With the option to pre-authorize remediation of compromised endpoints, AER allows for quick isolation and remediation of hosts.

Accenture’s AER service includes a leading EDR tool - this removes the need for clients to handle the software licensing, installation and configuration of the EDR solution. Alternatively, Accenture AER can also be purchased without the tool included for clients that wish to benefit from our service but bring their own supported EDR tool*.

Current Supported EDR Vendors: Crowdstrike Falcon, Elastic Endgame, Carbon Black, Microsoft ATP for Endpoint.

Remediation capabilities include but are not limited to:
•Blacklisting •Registry Clean-up •Scheduled Task Disablement •Services Disablement •Isolation and Re-entry (Windows and Mac Only) •Process Killing •Malicious File Removal •File Retrieval and Thread Stopping (Windows Only) •Adversary TTP, pre-authorized containment of hosts, including response/remediation actions

The AER service can be solutioned in conjunction with Accenture’s Advanced Monitoring & Detection service, all part of Accenture’s overall Managed Detection and Response solution, to provide clients with a complete and unified view of their entire security posture.

*EDR tools limited to supported EDR vendors listed above
