AWS workload review based on Well Architected Framework

Well Architected Framework  focuses on different aspects of how a solution and platform infrastructure on AWS is built by the following pillars:

• Performance Efficiency

• Cost optimization

• Sustainability

TC2 will perform an assessment on your AWS account(s) based on the Well Architected Framework and more, industry standard best practices. After the assessment has been performed, TC2 returns a list of suggested to-do items with specific actions to be done, marking the impact on the overall system and effort of work anticipated based on the review. TC2 can also help perform the suggested to-do items as a separate project engagement, or you can choose to do it by yourself.

TC2 leverages the AWS framework consisting of a series of whitepapers, tools and services along extensive handson experience of lessons learned that help users assess their architectures, identify risks and inefficiencies, and implement best practices to optimize their workloads. The work includes a set of AWS Well-Architected Framework Reviews, which are designed to provide expert guidance and feedback on specific architectures, helping users ensure that their systems are well-architected. The review covers cost, performance, security, reliability, operational excellence and sustainability aspects of the workloads.

• Customers having issues with cost management, to look after cost and performance optimization

• Customers having issues with securely operating their AWS workloads, look after AWS platform security

• Customers having issues with operations and reliability, look after operational excellence and reliablility

• Customers taking care about their environmental footprint, sustainability review

• Well Architected Review to highlight things to improve from process and organization perspective

• Automated and manual review of AWS account(s) to highlight things to improve, a practical list of things to do

• Prioritized list of items, anticipated effort, clear cost versus gains on each of the action items

• After successful remediation of 45% of High Risk Issues (HRIs) of the Well Architected Review, customer is eligible for up to 10% of ARR (max 100k USD)* AWS service credits. *Subject to AWS Well-Architected program approval and credit availability.
