Vendor refund policy
Extract: Upon any termination for cause by Customer, akenza shall refund any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all subscriptions after the effective date of termination. Upon any termination for cause by akenza, the customer payment obligations end on the termination date. However, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.
