A Game-Changer for SOAR
Another standout feature of Tines is its rapid pace of innovation. The platform frequently introduces new features, indicating that it is actively evolving in response to user needs. This dynamic development reassures confidence that Tines is heading in the right direction.
Equally impressive is the customer support provided by Tines. Their team is highly responsive, quick to resolve issues, and proactive about addressing bugs. This level of support has been instrumental in ensuring a smooth user experience.
The reporting functionality also leaves room for improvement. Current reports focus heavily on metrics like time saved, but they lack depth when it comes to tracking cases or outcomes—a feature that would be highly beneficial for monitoring operational impact more comprehensively.
Lastly, although Tines markets itself as being well-suited for MSSP models, this functionality feels underdeveloped and incomplete. While it may be a promising area of future growth, it’s not yet robust enough to fully meet the needs of MSSPs.
