- Professional Services – 1 Day Pack Specialised 8 hours of work for professional services activities for existing customers who need to perform activities on their Impero Connect software environment;
- Professional Services – 1 Hour Pack Specialised 1 hour of work for professional services activities for existing customers who need to perform activities on their Impero Connect software environment;
- Any Impero Software related Implementation, Training, Consulting, Deployment or any other Professional Services assignments can be used by customers under this product code;
- Services will be performed remote on all occasions, with agreed exceptions based on project specifics;
- Excludes travel and accommodation expenses. Occurred travel and accommodation expenses are to be added to the final invoice;
