Arcos works in the background and is triggered by a new email arriving into an inbox. Within minutes he will respond by matching key topics to those in the knowledge base he has been trained on. Knowledge base documents can be in URL format or other document formats.

The set up process to get Arcos onboarded is quick and easy and requires no coding. After being set up in the email inbox, Arcos is trained on the companies relevant knowledge base documents, and responses are tested by asking relevant questions.
