Overview

JetSweep’s Migration Assessment gives customers the opportunity to make an informed decision about moving to the cloud and build a roadmap for a successful migration. Customers will work with our team of AWS-Certified Solution Architects to assess the feasibility and cost of migrating existing workloads to AWS. During the assessment, our team provides a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and migration costs analysis for all application, data and compute workloads to be migrated to AWS. The assessment process covers application architecture, security and compliance requirements, and cost considerations.

  1. Planning – Our team will outline a weekly cadence for project updates and communication guidelines.

  2. Collection – JetSweep SAs will deploy migration evaluator tools to collect all necessary information for the assessment. Once collected, our team will discuss future goals, licensing, and modernization with your team.

  3. Design – Once collection is complete, our team will develop and present a comprehensive migration strategy including a business case, schedule, recommended path, and risk evaluation.
