Usage instructions
First create an EC2 instance with this AMI. Next, visit http://<instance_ip>/openmrs in order to go through the initial guided OpenMRS configuration.
Follow the instructions on the page - you will be able to choose a type of installation based on your needs. They will require you to provide a password for MySQL which is by default your unique EC2 Instance ID assigned during creation. During use these credentials - User: Admin, Password:
