Our QuickStart Service for Prisma Cloud Compute Edition helps you get the most out of your Prisma™ Cloud deployment and investments by assisting with the planning and execution of your implementation. Our expert consultant will remotely configure and deploy Prisma Cloud in your environment.
Deliverables
- Planning - include review of the project requirements (new deployment), discuss milestone timelines, identify the Customer’s project team members and follow-up action items
- Discover - Palo Alto Networks will provide a Technical Requirements Document (TRD) to asses the technical requirement of the implementation.
- Deployment - perform an initial remote Prisma cloud Compute deployment that include console deployment, defenders, host defenders, serverless or app-embedded defender, authentication configuration and hardening configuration.
- Integration - perform an initial remote Prisma Cloud Compute integration. Palo Alto Networks will review and validate the configuration and the state of the Prisma Cloud Compute’s integration of third-party services.
- Policy Tuning - Palo Alto Networks will work with the Customer to perform policy tuning.
- Validation - Palo Alto Networks will review and validate the deployment of Prisma Cloud Compute and review Prisma Cloud Compute Event audits, Vulnerability Explorer, and Compliance Explorer.
- Knowledge Transfer - Palo Alto Networks consultant will provide knowledge transfer upon completion of all the tasks identified in the service description
