During the Portfolio Discovery & Analysis, Eviden will support the customer to determine the disposition of the inventory of in-scope servers and applications within a portfolio, develop a prioritized list of migration groups (applications and associated infrastructure), define the necessary business and infrastructure data elements, as well as recommend data collection tools, as necessary, and work with business and IT leadership teams to define migration drivers and ultimately the portfolio migration plan.
