Overview
Qualification process will be undertaken by a Telstra Purple Technical Consultant in partnership with your technical team to help select the Discovery Tool to perform the assessment. A SoW is signed off by both the Client and Telstra Purple agreeing on the outputs delivered as part of the assessment
Phase 1 - Kick-off • A Kick-off meeting between the Client and Telstra Purple to initiate the assessment to discuss the SoW, timelines and in-scope deliverables
Phase 2 - Data Collection • A session between the Client and Telstra Purple technical teams to initiate the Discovery Tool installation & configuration • Allow 4 — 6 weeks for the Discovery Tool to collect meaningful data • A session between the Client and Telstra Purple technical teams to confirm current licensing details
Phases 3 & 4 — Reporting • Allow up to 2 weeks for the generation of the TCO/OLA report • A session between the Client and Telstra Purple teams to present the TCO Assessment
