We integrate with your ticketing system in order to provide you a seamless experience when tracking current and past incidents, and allowing you to place requests for our team. Set up Cloud Security Incident Handling:
- Conduct a Cloud Workload Security Assessment to select the ideal tools and processes for your Cloud.
- Set up the selected tools and incident workflow
- Integrate the workflow to your ticketing system.
Security Incident Handling
- Administer Alerts, Notifications and Monitoring for the Solution
- Register Incidents in Tickets, according to Customer requirements
- Follow Response SLAs according to SOW
- Elaborate monthly Reports including Key Metrics and relevant information
Continous Security Posture Improvement
- Recommend new improvements and projects to enhance the customers Cloud Security
- Design new implementations as requested
- Collaborate on new workloads for correct integration into the Cloud Security Solution
