Vendor refund policy
Except for any pro-rata refunds expressly required under the Tiber Subscription Cloud Services Agreement, all payments are non-refundable. Customers may contact legal@milvian.group for specific questions about payment and refund policies. Upon cancellation of a subscription, a customer may continue to use the product until the end of the current subscription term.
