Managed Services Accelerator – Eplexity to conduct a discovery and assessment of customer’s current technology stack, inventory, processes and procedures. This assessment precedes and shapes the potential onboarding into Eplexity’s CXOS Managed Services.
Delivery Approach

Eplexity to send out pre-requisites, including instructions on granting Eplexity the required access to perform the Managed Services Assessment (1-2 days in advance of workshops)

Eplexity to deploy their network analyzer to collect current inventory of devices and applications in scope for Managed Services. Metrics will include the following:
- Device count (servers, laptop, PC’s, network devices, printers/copiers)
- Operating Systems
- Current patch and firmware status
- Databases
- Applications
- Dependency mappings

Eplexity to perform in-depth technical review of current state and areas of improvement aligned with Eplexity’s Center of Excellence (CoE) (2-4 weeks)

Eplexity to present Managed Services Assessment readout to customer with recommendations on post-assessment improvements, and provide a Statement of Work (SOW) for implementation and onboarding into Eplexity’s CXOS Managed Services (1-2 hours)
Highlights
- Understanding of customer’s business objectives, key priorities, and challenges
- A documented report detailing all findings, with recommendations towards improving the customer’s current environment, processes and procedures across Systems Reliability, Security, Cost Optimization, and Operational Excellence
- Alignment with Customer Leadership on relevant business strategy drivers, the Managed Service Provider relationship, strategy, current state, and the required tactical work
