• Fine-tuning your models (instruction-based or domain adaptation)

The workshop includes discussions and strategies about building a strong Language Learning Model Operations (LLMOps) pipeline to deploy, monitor, and retrain AI models. We consider your present needs and prepare a roadmap for your journey into the future.

Tailored Experience: Our design sessions are customized to focus on your specific business challenges and objectives.

Future-state Architecture Diagram: We provide a detailed diagram of the agreed-upon architecture, which serves as a visual guide to your AI journey.

Full Recommendations Document: A comprehensive summary of our discovery sessions, rationales for architecture decisions, and a description of the holistic future AI solution with recommended next steps.

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Estimation: We provide an AWS Calculator prepopulated with sensible values based on our discovery sessions, allowing you to accurately estimate the ongoing AWS operational costs related to the designed AI solution.

Proposal for Implementation Services: A proposal representing the cost for NorthBay’s Professional Services to implement the designed AI solution will be provided to you with no obligation. We believe that we will earn your trust throughout the workshop and are eager to expedite your journey towards a modern generative AI platform on AWS.
