VoiceFoundry conducts initial design review sessions to develop the user-stories describing the IVR features and/or requirements from the user or customer perspective. The compilation of user-stories will then be utilized to create the Sprints. Implementation/migration timelines will vary greatly based on each customer’s unique requirements.
