What Is a Visual Agent?

ChoiceView Visual Agent is used by contact center agents, help desk staff, and medical personnel. It allows any visual information available on the agent's screen to be shared with callers by click, drag-and-drop, or copy-and-paste. It can be preloaded with a visual library for the designated use case — for example, diabetes health coaching or COVID-19 support lines.

Callers can see the results and save them individually for later, all while talking on the same phone call without using a mobile app. They can better understand and absorb the information presented. Shouldn’t we expect this capability on phone calls we make every day?

ChoiceView adds visual capabilities to the Amazon Connect platform. All the standard Amazon Connect capabilities remain in place — AI / machine learning, Lex, Polly, call processing, integration points, and agent distribution — but now the platform can send visual information as well. Learn more.

It's Easy to Go Visual

ChoiceView Visual Agent provides a visual dashboard for agents. It's the mechanism by which they can share anything they're seeing on their screen with callers while continuing to talk on the same phone call. It's a web app that runs in a browser. There's nothing to install and no or minimal system integration required. It builds on Amazon Connect and is inherently compatible with contact center apps and business phone systems.

IVRs and Bots can also be upgraded to visual in a variety of ways through ChoiceView Visual IVR tools and apps. They interwork seamlessly with agents using ChoiceView Visual Agent.
