What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature need some improvement to provide a picture of incidents. There is lack to resolve issues. The implementation option for Chromebooks is not ideal for environments with users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The detailed level of monitoring and control sometimes feel overwhelming making it difficult to navigate and configure settings. There is no flexibility in terms of reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security has had an impact on our business operations. It gives the issue of employees accessing websites while providing protection, from malware attacks. Its interface is not user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
drag and drop rules creation! really a great feature, to buuild rules uis a no brainer, just chose what you wish to bolck/allow and click submit
What do you dislike about the product?
I think reporting can be enhanced to give a better view of what occuring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to monitor/block/allow/warn en a granualar level rather than just blocking everything on the firewall

Easy to use and deploy, our customers are very pleased with the functionality and reports.

The limitations in the web products can all be improved using CASB so no dislikes.

Nothing too concerning at the moment - we continue exploring its capabilities and learning the product's ins and outs. This is a question to answer in a few months when we have a fuller view.
