    What do you like best about the product?
    Since adoption of this platform as customer relationship and marketing management system, we have been able to deliver more relevant conversations with our customers, right at the channels of their preferences. It helps us in building more productive marketing campaigns than ever before hence we have now become able to generate increased campaign profits.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The marketing campaigns once launched, are not flexible to be customized. They should provide more features to customize our campaigns at any time. Also, you may face critical data loss if you get logged out of your account. They should improve their data restoration capabilities.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It helps in reducing time to market. Also improves business process outcomes.

    What do you like best about the product?
    An incredibly user-friendly platform that helps with our mass marketing email efforts. This software provides the kind of data that we want to see and use to better our business/marketing campaigns.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The downsides are the ability to edit a campaign once you have launched. Customer service is a mixed bag as I have had good and negative experiences, depending on who I have spoken with.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Epsilon PeopleCloud has helped our large company send out very large campaigns quickly and efficiently. I like how the data is presented and is a factual representation of the customer journey.
