    Staffing shortages plague our nation's Public Safety Answering Points or PSAPs. With a decrease in personnel and an increase in the number of total public safety calls, PSAPs require transformational solutions to ensure that the non-emergency citizen caller gets the information they need in a timely and effective manner, without impacting wait times for emergency calls. No call unanswered.

    AgentX is an affordable, scalable, and reliable AI-supported automation tool to help your organization handle any non-emergency calls without the need for additional staff. Our goal is to enable your team to focus on the real emergencies that require first responder expertise.

    Deploying this product through CloudFormation Template will create roles and policies associated to the product in your environment. It also creates lambda functions which will download contents from an S3 bucket owned by Paragon Cloud Services when the product is installed or updated, not reviewed or controlled by Amazon. Email will be collected to send a welcome message to the administrative user during installation, and will not be shared with a third party.
