Our customer receive access to our customer portal service to open ticket for issues or questions. You will receive your user details as part of our onboarding process. We offer 8x5 support for all of our customers included in our basic contract with 4 hours response time and 48 hours resolution time for issues not related with software bugs. We include software bugs into releases every 6 months.

AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
