Overview
Devoteam’s Managed Public Cloud service is built around the core principles of supporting our customers’ cloud journey across IaaS (Infrastructure as a service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) services, with health management, monitoring, and data protection of deployed cloud resources. The comprehensive solution leverages key AWS services including AWS Backup for data protection, Patch Manager for system updates, Amazon Inspector for vulnerability assessments, and GuardDuty for threat detection, enhancing the overall security and reliability of the managed environment.
The service is delivered (operated) by Devoteam Cloud Managed Services Organisation via the 24x7 Command and Control Center, Service Reliability Engineers and is developed by Managed Public Cloud team.
Managed Public Cloud service:
- Monitors the current health state of our customer’s cloud infrastructure
- Services are delivered and build in a highly automated service management platform
- Ensures that certified engineers pro-actively investigate alerts to resolve identified issues
- Provides a series of managed offerings across the cloud platform, such as backups, server patching and management, antivirus maintenance
- Customer’s data is managed in order with local data protection regulations

Managed Public Cloud service provides specialised expertise to deliver ongoing, 24x7x365, service and support for customers: Cloud Operations Engineers will ensure that your workloads run smoothly and Cloud Solutions architects qualify your technological choices. The ticket creation in ITSM tool can be triggered from different channels:
- By Phone - a support ticket is created by our first responder following the call from the customer.
- In the Support Portal – customers can create tickets directly in Devoteam Support Portal. Using their own account, customers can connect to the support portal and can review existing tickets or create new ones themselves
