Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS delivers cloud-based software applications directly to customers over the internet. You can access these applications through a subscription model. You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Customer Success:
The onboarding process includes appointing a customer success manager (CSM) by Resistant AI. The CSM covers the discovery and introduction aspect for new users, supports technical setup, training, and interpretation of initial results. Regular monthly / bi-weekly check-ins are commonplace to discuss traffic, results, feedback, or any other questions, as well as to perform deep dives into various fraud techniques.
Operations:
Ongoing support includes the daily monitoring of production traffic in an effort to spot anomalies in behavior, fed back into R&D. All current models are maintained and new models are trained based on the continuous labelling of data.
Response Time:
Support will be provided based on our Premium support plan, with response times specified below. All times are in business hours or business days. 1 business day is 8 business hours.
In case of Major Issues, e.g. sustained availability problems, major detection efficacy problems or other problems that prevent the Customer from using the Software, the Service Provider will:
- Acknowledge, create a ticket and and respond within 2 hours
- Provide solution or a remediation plan within 8 hours
In case of Minor Issues, feature requests, questions, isolated efficacy problems and any other issues that do not prevent the customer from using the Software, the Service Provider will:
- Acknowledge, create a ticket and and respond within 1 day
- Provide solution or a remediation plan within 2 days
Availability:
Resistant AI will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Software is available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage exceeding 99.9%.

AWS Support is a one-on-one, fast-response support channel that is staffed 24x7x365 with experienced and technical support engineers. The service helps customers of all sizes and technical abilities to successfully utilize the products and features provided by Amazon Web Services.
