Kyndryl Cloud Native 2-week Rapid Assessments are designed to focus on an application that is currently on-premises and has not been moved to cloud for various reasons. During this assessment, Kyndryl Consultants gather client business and technical requirements, including application data via various tools and interviews to understand all aspects of the application. Kyndryl consultants analyze the findings and make recommendations on applications readiness and possible remediations steps suggested to move to public cloud.

The assessment is a 2-week (approx. 60-hour) engagement which comprises of the following stages:

a. Kick-off and Understanding

b. Workshop and Analysis

c. Cloud Adoption findings and recommendations

The assessment will assess the following aspects of the customer application and associated workloads:

· Key client business and technical objectives

· Infrastructure data

· Application data including dependencies mapping

· Network data

· Processes, services and related utilization
