Data are aggregated by typical days of the month for H1 2024

The dataset includes all areas from Northwest French metropolis: Brest Metropolis, Nantes Metropolis, Orleans Metropolis, Rennes Metropolis, Rouen Normandie Metropolis, Tours Val de Loire Metropolis

Areas are based on the regroupment of French IRIS  statistical areas

Zoning maps and geojson are also availables in the dataset

• Weekday: Day of the week: Monday, Tuesday...
• Hour: Hourly timeslot
• Zone: Name or id of the area of study
• Type: Type of visitor National International
• Nationality: Name of country of origin for international visitors, based on nationality of the SIM card
• Volume: Average volume of population mainly observed in the area by weekday for the specified period
• Volume by activity area: Average volume of population mainly observed in the usual activity area, by weekday for the specified period
• Volume by overnight area: Average volume of population mainly observed in the usual overnight area, by weekday for the specified period
• Volume by origin: Volume of national population mainly observed in the area between 8am and 10pm and distributed by origin, by weekday for the specified period
• UsualActivityArea: Usual place of stay during the day between 9am and 5pm over the past two weeks
• UsualOvernightArea: Usual place of stay during the night between 12am and 6am over the past two weeks
