    Overview

    The Fuzzy Match Compute Solution can help users quickly and easily accelerate fuzzymatch on input strings against large table of target pattern strings. The Xilinx library offloads fuzzymatch. It can run in batch mode and will return list of maximum top 100 matches. The solution includes the necessary xclbin bitstream. The directory for target patterns resides in FPGA memory.

    Once the instance has been launched, you can access your instance via SSH using the username 'centos' and your Amazon private key. Follow the instructions in the /home/centos/fuzzymatch/README.md file on the instance upon login.
