Go for our little company
in my little company, I can't buy this service.
But we can use it in AWS, it's awesome.
We can improve our product now.

Great Product - with AWESOME support!
We deployed the Loadbalancer.org EC2 appliance basically for disaster recovery in the event of a failure on our site. There were, however, configuration issues when we actually repointed our DNS at the load balancer. I went to the support link on the web, and tried a chat. Being late in the evening I didn't expect a response, and as expected didn't get one. I filled out the "send email" form expecting to have a response the next morning. Actually astonished - I got a reply FROM A SUPPORT TECHNICIAN THAT KNEW THE PRODUCT within 2 minutes. We had a dialogue, almost "real time" via e-mail, and from start to finish the problem was resolved in under 30 minutes.
I have support contracts with ALL the major vendors - and they all could take a lesson from these folks! BRAVO! KUDOS! PLAUDITS!
Missing features
The load balancer needs more options like persistence.L7 load balancing options, configuring port groups, creating rules. I should also be able to ssh into the LB and do packet captures.
